Refund policy

Returns: Accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges: Available within 7 days for unused items in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will inspect the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products (unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect), custom-made items, sale items, and gift cards.

Warranty: All Aroma Diffusers are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and technical faults under normal use.

Warranty Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unsuitable oils, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
